So a while ago I posted an old running playlist of mine, it was a bit of an alternative one in that it wasn't solid beats.
This is a more of a 'traditional' work out playlist. I can vouch that it both hypes and motivates. It also made for a really fun early morning run, what with the dark mornings, it was like clubbing, except not at all like clubbing (I don't get out much).
